Wanis Marine Workshop

Wanis Marine Workshop has extensive experience in carrying out mechanical repair and maintenance work, especially work related to laser shaft alignment, preparing and casting CHOCKING RESIN materials, as well as all repair and maintenance work related to propeller shaft lines and ship propulsion systems. It has carried out hundreds of successful repair and maintenance operations on warships, civil, commercial and yachts.

2000

2016, Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud Abd El Wanis & Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abd El Wanis agreed to establish Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W, to be one of the important competing companies in the Egyptian market & Middle East.

Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W used many chocking products to carry out its work, but in the end W.M.W got an agency for the strongest chocking products in the world .It is DURASIN produced by DIK Company South Korea.

 

2016

Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W became the only contact point for DIK products (DURASIN, KVM, MANGANA) in Egypt.

 

  • DURASIN has approvals from ( ABS – BV – GL – DNV GL- LR – RINA – IRS – CCS – CR – KR – NK… ETC.)
  •  KVM also has approvals from ( ABS – BV – GL – DNV GL- LR – RINA – IRS – CCS – CR – KR – NK… ETC.)
  • DIK products have approvals from ( ABS – BV – DNV GL- LR – RINA – CCS – CR – KR – NK… ETC.)

Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W has been a provider of complete package of ship repairing, ship engineering, maintenance marine services as ( align & chock – DURASIN – KVM – shaft alignment – laser shaft alignment – line bore alignment – vibration measurement & analysis – propeller shaft – rudder –  etc…) of the Egyptian navy fleet, Companies , shipping agencies and SHIPYARDS .

 

Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W carries out its work in accordance with the requirements of approvals from (ABS – BV – GL – DNV GL- LR – RINA – IRS – CCS – CR – KR – NK… ETC.)

Year 2023 Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W is cooperating with one of the most important international companies in granting ISO certificates, which is the French Supervisory Authority (BV), which specializes in this field. The final requirements for Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W to obtain the certificate are now being finalized. (ISO 9001:2015) (ISO 14001:2015) (ISO 45001-2018) • Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W carries out its work in accordance with the requirements of approvals from (ABS – BV – GL – DNV GL- LR – RINA – IRS – CCS – CR – KR – NK… ETC.)

Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W always desires and seeks to strengthen the services it provides, raise the level of service quality and quality of employee performance, and strengthen the company’s ability to compete in the markets by applying quality systems with known international specifications. Wanis Marine Workshop W.M.W is currently establishing a quality management system that complies with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015. Given the company’s great interest in the environment, it has established an environmental management system that complies with the environmental specification ISO 14001:2015, with the primary goal of protecting the environment from pollution. Since the safety and health of workers and the preservation of company property are issues of concern to the company, an occupational safety and health management system was established in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14500:2018 occupational safety and health standard.
